Shipping policy

• Free 2-3 day delivery when you spend £50 and over - £3.99 for orders under £50
• Orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day
• Dependent on your location, orders are sent using either Amazon Shipping or Royal Mail.
• A tracking number will be provided in the dispatch notification email, which you can use to track your consignment on the relevant carrier's website

Express Delivery (1-2 days) - £4.99

Your order must be received before 2pm for it to be despatched on our Express service.

• Dependent on your location, orders are sent using either Amazon's 1-Day Priority or Royal Mail's Tracked 24
• You will receive an email / text from the carrier with an anticipated delivery slot on the morning of delivery

Please note: Almost all Express deliveries are, in fact, delivered the next working day, however, our couriers are unable to guarantee their services, hence, our Express service is not defined as "Next Day".

Any Express orders placed on a Friday (after 2pm), a Saturday, or a Sunday, will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday*.

*During November and December, we dispatch orders 7 days a week to ensure deliveries arrive in the quickest time possible.

For certain off-mainland addresses, oversized items may incur a delivery supplement; should this be the case, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm exact costs.

Same Day Click and Collect - Free (via our Carousel Shop website)

• Select 'Pick Up' during checkout and choose to collect your order from our Warehouse, near Witley in Surrey
• Click and Collect orders placed before 4pm (Monday - Friday) will be available to collect the same day
• We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready to pick up
